In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected for example Color, Design or Size of the product is not which you have ordered online at asteriman.com , then log a complaint (using email/website) to our customer care help desk within 24 hour of delivery. Follow the instructions given by our customer care executive to return the product.

On inspection and verification of your product after it is received by us and approval of your complaint, you will be refunded the total amount within 7 days.

Any returns/exchanges by courier, must be accompanied by the original sales invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice or is poorly packaged.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us. We shall ensure that replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
We ensure that you are fully satisfied with any merchandise you order from asteriman.com, for hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of used merchandise.
Customized shoes (bespoke/made-to-order) will be accepted as returned if there will be any issues with original quality, color of material and any deviation with ordered styles and measurements only. If tailored styles and measurements are same as ordered then return will not be entertained.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy
asteriman.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the asteriman.com would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; please remember to view it at asteriman.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
